When you play this card, place it face up in the center of the table. Discard the previous Goal, if any. (This card is treated as a Goal.)

[edit] Suggestions

  • Empty Vaults - If nobody has a card in his hand, everyone loses.

  • If I can't win… (nobody does!) - If a player has no Keepers in play OR no cards in hand, the game ends with no winner.

The idea behind this card: if your unlucky in a game & your opponent has a massive advantage over you (by drawing lots of cards or having lots of keepers), this makes a fine reset button! I got the idea from the "Keeper Shortage" goal from Fluxx V1, but made it nastier (and easier, just use Hand Limit 0, while you got no Keepers!)

  • Nuclear Holocaust - If War and The Rocket are both on the table and The Brain is not on the table, then the game ends with no winner.

- this card submitted by: Anthony Kozar (Oct. 13, 2007)

Author's comment: I suggest using this card instead of the Nuclear War goal that I've seen elsewhere. Afterall, who would really win in an all-out war with nuclear weapons?

  • Jews For Jesus - If The Torah and The Cross (or alternately The Torah and The Bible) are both in play by different players, both must be disposed of immedeately. If they are both played by the same player, everyone loses.

- this card submitted by: Carolyn Wisch (26 September 2008)

  • Jews For Jesus (alternate version) - If the Torah and the Bible are both in play, the Bible must be thrown away. if the Torah and the Cross are both in play, everyone loses.

- this card submitted by: Carolyn Wisch (3 October 2008)

  • We All Lost the Game - If everyone has The Game and the Pope is in the discard pile, then the game ends with no winner.
  • Las Vegas Solitaire - If the deck runs out, everyone loses.
