[edit] Binary Homeworlds Tournament Rules

1.) Games for this tournament will be played in accordance with the rules for Binary Homeworlds as published in 3HOUSE, and as amended by whatever additional rules are listed below.

2.) This event is run as a Floating Tournament, and will follow the scoring and victory determination procedures described therein.

3.) Begin by flipping a coin. The player who wins the coin toss may choose to Build First or Move First.
