[edit] How to run an Aquarius Hair-Down

• Prior to competition time, all participants must let down, unbraid, and brush out their locks.

• One by one, the players will join the line-up, starting with the youngest competitor and proceeding in a random fashion.

• As each player joins the line, they will move forward until their hair is shorter than the next person in the line.

• To determine which of two players has the longest hair, they will stand back to back, with the taller player bending knees as needed until the players' heads are level and their locks hang down together from the same point. Onlookers will assist the official judge in determining close calls.

• When all competitors have been sorted into their proper places in the line, whoever is standing at the front of the line is the winner!

• Runner-up awards will be given to the man and woman closest to the front of the line.

• Photo opportunities will take place after the competition.
