RabbitWiki:Admin Requests
From RabbitWiki
If there is something that needs an admin's attention (blocking a spammer, protecting a page, editing the sidebar, etc), please post it here, and an admin will get to it as soon as possible. Please try to sign your requests, using ~~~~, so it's easier to tell who's telling what, and if possible give it it's own sub-heading (eg. == Please block ZYX5050, he is a spammer ==) so that any discussion can be sorted together more easily.
[edit] Requests
[edit] Page Deletions (David Artman)
The following pages were mistakenly created while users learn the ropes of our conventions-as-Categories scheme and should be deleted:
- Category:Nippon2007 -> Now in Category:World Science Fiction Convention as an annual Event Report (Nippon2007).
- Origins_-_Things_To_Know_About -> Now in Category:Origins as general advice.
[edit] ParserFunctions
Would it be possible to add the ParserFunctions extension? In particular, access to #if: would allow for creation of much more powerful templates. Magus 17:26, 19 July 2007 (PDT)
- Done. My general policy on adding extensions is that if it's used on Wikipedia, and follows the standard procedure for installing extensions, I'll add it as soon as requested. If it's not used on Wikipedia, or has a more complicated setup, I may have to experiment with it on a test wiki before feeling comfortable installing it on the wiki, which may mean that it'll take me some time (couple of days to couple of weeks) before I can get around to it. — λ 09:04, 20 July 2007 (PDT)
