[edit] Listing an Event
Please feel free to add to this event calendar, but please only list events that at least one Rabbit will be attending.
Any Rabbit adding an event to a monthly table should also do the following:
- Make the event link an internal Category page link--ex: "[[:Category:CON_NAME|CON_NAME]]" (no quotes)--not a link to the convention site itself.
- Make a normal article page for the convention, but only put "#redirect [[:Category:CON_NAME|CON_NAME]]" (no quotes). That page will, then, be found by searches but automatically send one to the Category page where the planning and reporting actually occurs.
- Use the Origins category page as a model of how to setup a convention's Category page.
- You and other attendees should then place that Category link on your User pages--ex: "[[Category:CON_NAME]]" (no quote)--which will cause you all to be listed on the convention Category page automatically.
- Use the Notes column here for brief comments or instructions; save in-depth planning and full schedules for the convention Category page.
A Rabbit adding his or her name to the Coordinator or Rabbits columns should do so as a link to his or her user page: type "~~~" (three tildes without the quotes) instead of your name or ID. That way, other Rabbits know to look for you at the convention!

| I will happily coordinate whatever other Rabbits plan to do. I am not certain, however, that I will be doing Looney labs demos this year: I haven't had a demo-free local convention in a couple of years, and I'd like to either play or run RPGs for a change. That said, I will happily help a new Rabbit work with the gaming staff to get a good hallway table for demos, as I have earned the right to request such over the years. Alternately, we could coordinate with Sci Fi Genre to run demos at their vendor booth. ACT SOON or both of these alternatives will be off the table!
